Privacy policy

The Catalan version of this policy is the only authoritative one. The Spanish, English and French translations are provided for information purposes only.

Processing is governed by Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October, qualified law on the protection of personal data, and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent that it applies.

2. What data we process

We process only the data you provide voluntarily and the data strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website:

  • Request form data: full name, email address, telephone number, parish, service of interest, approximate floor area, availability and the text of the message you write.
  • Direct communication data: whatever you provide if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or if you call us.
  • Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested and browser type. These are generated automatically by the web server for security and diagnostic purposes.

We neither ask for nor need special category data (health, political views, beliefs, ethnic origin or similar). Please do not include any in the free-text field of the form.

We do not send marketing communications, we do not carry out profiling, and we take no automated decisions that could affect you.

4. How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not result in a contract: up to 12 months from the last communication, so that we can follow up.
  • Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
  • Accounting and tax records: for the period required by Andorran law.
  • Server logs: a maximum of 12 months.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the providers needed to deliver the service have access to it; they act as processors and are bound by the corresponding confidentiality and security obligations:

  • Web hosting and technical mail provider: Aguilera Solutions, with servers located in the European Union.
  • Corporate email provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365).
  • Public authorities and banks, where there is a legal obligation or where it is necessary in order to collect payment for the service.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that service provider, which is independent of the Owner.

6. Cookies and analytics tools

This website uses no cookies of any kind, neither its own nor third-party ones. It also uses no analytics tools, tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or fonts and resources loaded from external servers.

That is why no cookie consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to. Browsing this website leaves no identifier on your device.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To do so, send a request to info@niunet.ad stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. We will respond within the periods established by law.

If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), carrer Doctor Vilanova 15-17, Edifici Davi, office 405, AD500 Andorra la Vella.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS traffic encryption, server access control, regular backups and continuous software updates.

No system is infallible; if a security breach occurred that posed a high risk to your rights, we would inform you and notify the APDA as required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the services we provide. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the update date shown on it.
