The purpose of the website is to provide information about the cleaning services the Owner provides and to allow the User to request a quote or an appointment. A request sent through the form does not in itself constitute a confirmed booking: provision of the service requires the Owner’s prior express confirmation.

Access to the website is free of charge and requires no prior registration. The User accesses the website at their sole responsibility.
The User undertakes to use the website diligently and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to this legal notice. In particular, the User shall refrain from:
- Carrying out activities that breach applicable law or harm the rights and interests of the Owner or third parties.

- Providing false or inaccurate data, or third-party data without their consent, through the website’s forms.
- Making commercial use of the website or its content without the Owner’s express authorisation.
The Owner reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website to any User who breaches these conditions, without prior notice.
IV. Intellectual and industrial property
All website content — text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, design, logos, trade marks, source code and any other element — belongs to the Owner or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of this content without the Owner’s prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
The User’s access to and navigation of the website in no case implies any waiver, transfer, licence or assignment, whether total or partial, of these rights.
V. Liability
The Owner takes due care to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption.

The website may contain links to social media profiles and other third-party websites. The Owner does not control this content and accepts no responsibility for it. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, recommendation or supervision on the Owner’s part.
If the User becomes aware of unlawful content, or content contrary to applicable law, accessible from this website, they may notify the Owner at info@niunet.ad so that appropriate measures can be taken.
VII. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data provided by the User through this website is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of this notice and which the User should read before providing any data.
VIII. Changes
The Owner reserves the right to change the presentation, configuration and content of the website, as well as this legal notice, at any time and without prior notice. Users are advised to review its terms periodically.
